Welcome to our company’s website. samouris.gr is the online store for the sale of products and services (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) operated by the company under the name “SAMOURIS SINGLE MEMBER P.C.”, with registered office at Annis Marias 7, Glyka Nera, Attica, 15354, Greece, duly represented, G.E.MI. The following terms and conditions exclusively govern any sale of products and/or services through the COMPANY’s online store located at samouris.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “site”). Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. Any User who accesses, transacts with or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “User”, as applicable) is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the terms set out herein, without exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and from carrying out any transaction through it. The COMPANY reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.

1. Information & Products

The COMPANY is committed to ensuring the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information provided through the online store regarding the identity and details of the COMPANY and its suppliers, as well as the main characteristics of the products or services made available through the online store. The COMPANY shall not be liable for any technical or typographical errors resulting from error, oversight or force majeure and undertakes to correct such errors once they come to its attention.

2. Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY fully complies with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code regarding sales, as well as the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, as codified by Ministerial Decision No. 5338/17-01-2018, “Codification of Law 2251/1994 (A’ 191) on Consumer Protection into a single text”, as amended and in force from time to time.

In the context of transactions carried out through the online store, the COMPANY informs the Customer based on the information available at any given time regarding the availability or unavailability of products and cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee their availability. In any case, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the Customer in a timely manner in the event of unavailability and shall bear no further liability in this respect.

The COMPANY makes every effort to provide high-quality services on a daily basis. Acting in good faith, the COMPANY shall not be liable or bound by any errors in the characteristics, photographs or prices of products displayed on the site and cannot guarantee that errors will not occur for any reason during the entry and/or updating of product characteristics and/or prices.

The COMPANY shall bear no liability for any unauthorized intervention by third parties in products and/or services and/or information made available through the online store.

The COMPANY makes no representation that the information contained in documents and announcements published on this server is suitable for any particular purpose. Any such documents and related graphical representations are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

The COMPANY shall not be liable or obliged to compensate for any loss, damage or non-material damage resulting from the inability to provide support services.

The COMPANY makes every effort to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that interruptions or errors will not occur.

3. Responsibility of the User

Each User is free to use the site in accordance with the law and accepted standards of conduct. Responsibility for the content of transactions rests exclusively with the User. The COMPANY does not make any corrections or interventions to data submitted by the User. The User is required to complete fields such as name, address, message, etc. in the online contact forms correctly and accurately. Use of the site is subject to Greek, European and international law and the User agrees not to use the site for any purpose that would violate such laws.

In the context of the above, the User agrees and undertakes not to use the online store for:

  • sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that is unlawful for any reason, unlawfully infringes or causes harm to the COMPANY or any third party, or violates the confidentiality or privacy of any person’s information,
  • sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that is contrary to accepted standards of morality, social values, the protection of minors, etc.,
  • sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that users do not have the right to transmit under applicable law or contractual relationships, such as inside information or proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements,
  • sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party,
  • sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any material containing software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impair the operation of any software or computer hardware,
  • intentionally or unintentionally violating applicable laws or regulations,
  • harassing third parties in any manner,
  • collecting or storing personal data relating to other users.

Furthermore, the User agrees that the members, associates, employees, management and other partners of the COMPANY shall not be liable for anything arising from the actions of third parties using the site. Any use contrary to the above may, in addition to any applicable criminal or civil penalties, result in the termination of the services provided without prior notice.

4. Pricing Policy

The prices of the online store may change at any time without prior notice. The COMPANY bears no responsibility and does not cover differences between the prices of products purchased from the COMPANY and lower prices subsequently identified by the Customer at another physical or online store.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All content of the online store, including trade names, trademarks, marks, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, etc., constitutes the intellectual property of the COMPANY and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions, or constitutes the intellectual property of third parties for which the COMPANY has obtained the necessary rights of use solely for its own needs and for the operation of the online store.

Furthermore, any software made available for download from this server constitutes intellectual property of the COMPANY:

  • the use of such documents from this server is limited exclusively to informational and non-commercial purposes or personal use, and they may not be copied, placed on another computer network or distributed through other means of communication,
  • no modification whatsoever may be made to such documents. Any other use is strictly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Offenders will be prosecuted.
