The following terms and conditions cover exclusively any sale of products and/or services through the COMPANY’s online store located on the website samouris.gr (hereinafter the “site”). Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Each User who enters and transacts or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter the “Customer” or “User” respectively) is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms set forth herein, without exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, he/she must refrain from using the e-shop and from any transaction with it. COMPANY reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

1. Information & Products

COMPANY is committed to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the online store, regarding the identity and details of both COMPANY and its suppliers, as well as the main characteristics of the products or services available through the online store. The COMPANY reserves and is not bound for any technical or typographical errors, made by error, oversight or due to reasons of force majeure and which it accepts to correct if they come to its attention.

2. Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the sale as well as the provisions of L. 2251/1994 for the Protection of Consumers, as codified by the Law No. 5338/17-01-2018 Ministerial Decision “Codification of Law No. 2251/1994 (A’ 191) “Consumer Protection” into a single text and in general as amended in force.

The COMPANY in the context of its transactions from the online store informs the Customer based on the data kept each time on the availability or not of the products and in no case can guarantee their availability. In any case, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the Customer in time for the non-availability, in which case it does not bear any further responsibility.

The COMPANY strives to provide high quality services on a daily basis. In good faith, the COMPANY is not responsible and is not bound for any errors in features, photos and prices of products listed on the site and cannot ensure that there will be no errors from any cause when entering and/or updating the features and/or the price of a product.

The COMPANY has no responsibility from any unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through the online store.

COMPANY does not declare in any way that the information contained in the documents and announcements published on this server is suitable for any purpose. Any such document and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

COMPANY is not responsible or liable for any damage and moral damage resulting from the inability to provide support services.

3. Responsibility of the User

Each User is free to use the site in accordance with the law and morality. The responsibility for the contents of the transactions belongs exclusively to the User.. Furthermore, the User agrees that all members, associates, employees, management and other associates of the COMPANY are not liable for anything arising from third parties using the site. Any use contrary to the above apart from any or civil penalties will result in the termination of the services provided without any notice.

4. Pricing Policy

The prices of the e-shop can change at any time without notice. COMPANY bears no responsibility and does not cover differences in the prices of products purchased from COMPANY and the Customer subsequently found the existence of a lower price in a physical or online store of another company.

Furthermore, any software available for downloading from this server is the intellectual property of the COMPANY:

  • the use of such documents by this server is limited to informational and non-commercial purposes only or is only personal and will not be copied or put on another computer network or distributed by other means of communication
