DOUBLE CENTRIFUGAL FAN IN SOUND BOX WITH PANEL

• Impellers in fiberglass reinforced polyamide for models 7/7, 9/9, 10/10 and 12/12, other models in galvanized sheet steel.
• BD series fans assembled in soundproof cabinets.
• Ventilation box with 30 mm aluminum profile structure, nylon corners, galvanized sandwich panels with internal rockwool insulation (thickness 25 mm) class A1 (non-combustible) density 90 kg/m3. All panels are equipped with a “fixing system” for quick assembly and disassembly whenever required, whether for cleaning, maintenance or panel replacement.
• Connection gland included.
• Easy access via side panel.
• Change back, bottom or top inlet cover.
• Engine mounting with an exclusive system designed by Casals through flexible arms and silent blocks to avoid vibrations. Flexible brackets in compliance with the ROHS Directive 2002/95/EC (Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
• Brushless PM motor (permanent magnets), synchronous, electronically commutated, high efficiency and low noise. Specially designed for fans with electronic operation and control in the deported box IP65.
• Operating range: from 400 to 1200-2000 rpm (depending on models)
• Motor with IP54 protection and class F insulation. IP 65 disc housing
• Power: 220V ± 10% single phase
• Power frequency: 50 / 60 Hz
• Operating temperature range: -20ºC to 50ºC
• Speed control via 0-10V signal or PWM
• The fans can be operated separately or simultaneously.
