CENTRIFUGAL FAN FOR CLEAN AIR MOVEMENT
- Fan made of Fe360 sheet.
- The fan paint finish is based on Qualicoat polyester powder coating in an oven at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns. The average thermal resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
- Front curved single inlet impeller made of Fe360 sheet statically and dynamically balanced.
- The rotors are painted with a polyester primer that withstands temperatures up to 300ºC.
- Standard squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with IP-55 protection and class F insulation. Manufactured with standard voltages: 230/400V 50Hz in three-phase motors up to 4kW and 400/690V 50Hz for higher powers.
- Allows local customization of orientation from models.
- Optional front support up to size 500, size 560 and upper front support included.
- LG270 standard orientation.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for indoor installation, they are suitable for:
- Industrial applications, air extraction or injection.
- Engine and spare parts cooling.
- Suitable for conveying completely clean, dust-free air.
- Steam suction in places where large volumes of air move at low pressures.
- Maximum operating temperature: transported air 130ºC; 60ºC environment.
