MEDIUM PRESSURE FAN WITH BACK FORWARD 400ºC/2H CERTIFIED INSIDE HAZARDOUS AREA

• Centrifugal fan of medium pressure with direct coupling.
• Reinforced carbon fiber steel housing, protected from corrosion with polyester resin powder coating RAL 5010. Finish C3.
• The housing is fully secured and adjustable.
• Self-cleaning turbine and reinforced impeller with high performance (reaction) trailing vanes made of carbon fiber steel dynamically balanced to minimize noise and vibration. Graffiti black RAL 9005.
• Motor with service class S1 for continuous operation and 400ºC / 2h approved for service class S2. Standard IEC squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with IP-55 protection and class H electrical insulation. Standard voltages 400V(Y) 50Hz on three-phase motors up to 3kW and 400(D) 50Hz for higher powers.
• Foot motor (B3) resting on motor support foot.
• Size 500 and above models are supplied with a front support leg, for other models the front support leg is optional.
• Inspection door for easy maintenance and cleaning.
• Available in the following orientations (to be indicated when ordering): LG0, LG45, LG90, LG135, LG180; LG225, LG270, LG315, RD0, RD45, RD90, RD135, RD180; RD225, RD270, RD315.
• Maximum continuous operating temperature: transported air: 130ºC (S1 service) and 400ºC/2h (S2 service), and maximum ambient temperature: 60ºC.
