HIGH PRESSURE WITH STRAIGHT FENDER AND BELT TRANSMISSION
- Fan made of Fe360 sheet. The fan paint finish is based on Qualicoat polyester powder coating in an oven at 200ºC, with an average film thickness of 70 microns. The average thermal resistance of the coating is 180ºC with peaks of 200ºC.
- Fully welded housing.
- High performance single entry impeller, curved radial and open blades made of Fe360 sheet statically and dynamically balanced.
- The rotors are painted with a polyester primer that withstands temperatures up to 300ºC.
- Motorized fan with base frame (configuration 12). Fully equipped fans including: motor, pulleys, belts, belt guard and shaft guard. It is placed on top of a base plate.
- LG270 standard orientation.
- Allows orientation to be localized from models 400 to 630. Model sizes from 710 to 1000 sizes orientation is fixed.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for indoor installation, they are suitable for:
- Industrial applications, air extraction or injection.
- Engine and spare parts cooling.
- Evaporation after filters, separators and cyclones.
- Spiritual transference.
- Transport of solid materials and textile fibers.
- Maximum operating temperature: transported air: 130ºC, ambient: 60ºC.
